We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to expand and increase the growth of our business with new and existing clients. Positions open in Toronto, San Francisco, and Mid-West US.

You have:

  • 3+ years of sales, account management and/or delivery management experience, ideally for a B2B tech company
  • Demonstrated track record of developing new accounts
  • Sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude and natural sales instincts
  • Experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills that can help drive continuous growth by seeking new sales opportunities and delivering results
  • Demonstrated history of understanding clients and providing innovative solutions
  • Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to build trust and influence others
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to hustle in a fast-paced team environment
  • Demonstrated creative problem solving skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Engineering or related field

You'll be working on things like:

  • Sourcing growth opportunities with new and existing clients
  • Defining win themes and differentiated value propositions for opportunities
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies and recommendations
  • Delivering the highest quality of service to our current and prospective clients
  • Building customized proposals and other materials/artefacts to secure wins
  • Achieving monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business
  • Managing the negotiations for opportunities (deals, MSAs)
  • Broadening your portfolio of experience by working with a successful sales team and an impressive roster of ambitious clients
